Return Policy

At BearDaBeast Clothing, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide an unmatched experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Ship your item back using the instructions provided by our team.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
